Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated Sustainability Consultant who is eager to contribute to impactful projects that drive meaningful environmental and business outcomes. The ideal candidate should have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Economics, Sociology, International Relations, Law, Data Science, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian.
• Previous international work experience is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of sustainability and environmental consulting projects across a wide range of industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients from diverse sectors while providing sustainability advisory services.
• Collaborate with Deloitte’s regional and global sustainability teams on multidisciplinary assignments.
• Contribute to environmental consulting activities, including environmental impact assessments, regulatory compliance, environmental screenings, and verification projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of circular economy initiatives, including waste management strategies and economic evaluations.
• Participate in ESG transformation projects, supporting sustainability reporting, ESG assurance, regulatory compliance, and sustainability strategy development.
• Support decarbonization initiatives through emissions analysis, climate risk assessments, carbon market evaluations, and investment impact studies.
• Contribute to sustainable finance projects, including green bond framework development, sustainability market assessments, regulatory analysis, and climate-related financial advisory services.
