IN-Senior Manager_ ESG_Climate & Sustainability _Advisory_Bengaluru Full Time

• Work as part of a problem-solving team to address complex business challenges, supporting clients from strategy development through execution.
• Contribute to business development, project management, consulting and advisory work, and client relationship management.

Sector-Specific Responsibilities

• Support the collection and analysis of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) data.
• Work with team members to identify ways to improve clients’ sustainability performance.
• Help prepare sustainability-related reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Engage with clients to understand their sustainability objectives and assist them in progressing toward those goals.
• Keep up to date with evolving sustainability standards, ESG certifications, and reporting frameworks.

Mandatory Skills

• Prior consulting experience.
• Previous exposure through work or coursework in sustainability, ESG, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks such as GRI, DJSI, CDP, TCFD, SASB, and SDGs.
• Clear commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
• Strong ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements and project needs.

Experience & Education

• 9 years of relevant experience required.
• Educational qualification: B.Tech plus MBA.
