About the Role

Lead ESG advisory engagements including materiality assessments, ESG strategy formulation, and reporting, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
Advise clients on key ESG frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, and Integrated Reporting, supporting compliance with evolving disclosure standards.
Conduct climate risk assessments and help clients identify ESG-related risks and opportunities to strengthen long-term resilience.
Perform sustainability assurance work in accordance with ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3410, covering planning, execution, and review of non-financial disclosures.
Supervise, guide, and mentor junior team members, review their outputs, and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality delivery and professional growth.
Support business development activities including proposal development, presentations, and client engagements to expand ESG advisory services.
Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects while maintaining proper documentation and proactively managing risks and client expectations.
Assist in engagement management, including financial tracking, billing, collections, and coordination with project leaders on client matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships within the Risk Advisory Services team and across other business divisions.
Contribute to training, mentoring, and development of team members to strengthen overall capability.
Support ESG and sustainability thought leadership initiatives within the organization.

Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in ESG or sustainability-related roles, including ESG strategy, reporting, assurance, sustainable finance, and climate risk analysis.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
Professional certification in ESG or Sustainability is required.
Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, and the GHG Protocol.
Experience working across multiple markets or geographies is required.
Exposure to GCC markets is an advantage.
International experience across regions will be considered a strong plus.
