Principal Responsibilities
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to create a sales pipeline.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Establish and grow relationships with multiple stakeholders in target accounts.
- Become a technical expert and reference point for customers in the market.
- Provide quality feedback from prospects to the product team.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of closing experience selling complex solutions.
- Experience selling subscription-based services, particularly SaaS.
- Background in selling sustainability solutions in North America.
- Knowledge of best-in-class sales methodologies.
- Ability to travel for prospect visits and events.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience in generating and qualifying sales opportunities independently.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and exercising good judgment.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
- Genuine passion for climate and environmental issues.
