Account Executive Full Time

Principal Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Develop and execute outbound strategies to create a sales pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Establish and grow relationships with multiple stakeholders in target accounts.
• Become a technical expert and reference point for customers in the market.
• Provide quality feedback from prospects to the product team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of closing experience selling complex solutions.
• Experience selling subscription-based services, particularly SaaS.
• Background in selling sustainability solutions in North America.
• Knowledge of best-in-class sales methodologies.
• Ability to travel for prospect visits and events.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience in generating and qualifying sales opportunities independently.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and exercising good judgment.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
• Genuine passion for climate and environmental issues.
