Analyst Consultant – Emissions Inventories Full Time

Responsibilities

We are seeking a digitally proficient Air Quality and Greenhouse Gas Emissions Consultant to contribute to a variety of innovative projects within our Air Quality team. As the team undergoes a digital transformation, this role requires someone with strong capabilities in Python or R to support innovation and help address complex environmental challenges. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate with a genuine interest in air quality, emissions, and data-driven environmental solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Mathematics, or a digital/technology-related discipline
• Experience in data processing and statistical analysis using programming languages such as Python or R
• Strong interest in environmental and climate change issues, along with awareness of key related policies
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a good understanding of QA/QC processes
• Strong numerical and quantitative skills, including an interest in data analysis and interpretation
• Proficiency in commonly used software applications, including Microsoft Office tools such as Excel
• Familiarity with relational database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar platforms is desirable, though not mandatory
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
