Your Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for general client service queries received via phone, email, or online case management platforms.
Take ownership of client inquiries and issue-resolution processes for designated case types using Salesforce.
Support Client Coverage teams across the EMEA region to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall client experience by promoting best practices.
Work closely with Service Delivery, Client Consultants, Sales teams, and Client Service colleagues across EMEA to ensure seamless coordination.
Build a solid understanding of MSCI ESG Research Solutions and their application.
Develop proficiency in addressing and resolving client questions and issues related to specific MSCI ESG Research case categories.
Coordinate with other MSCI departments to ensure that all client requests and inquiries are handled effectively and appropriately.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including client contact details, communications, emails, and case histories.
Collaborate with service delivery teams to continuously improve the client experience.
Contribute to projects related to product testing and work with cross-functional teams across different regions.

Skills and Experience That Will Support Success

Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in a client service role.
Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or Master’s degree will be an advantage.
Strong interest in sustainability and climate-related topics, particularly their influence on investment decision-making.
High attention to detail, along with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in line with business objectives.
Sensitivity to diverse cultural norms and communication styles.
Prior familiarity with MSCI products and previous experience in a client-facing role will be an added advantage.
