Responsibilities
- Advise clients on funding, financing, and delivery strategies for capital projects and programs, including alternative project delivery models.
- Manage client advisory engagements through planning and implementation phases, ensuring key work products are completed effectively.
- Oversee the quality of client deliverables, including briefing notes, reports, presentations, and financial analyses.
- Support market research, business development, proposal development, recruiting, training, and team mentoring efforts.
- Coach and guide staff-level and intern team members.
- Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and accountability while contributing to a respectful workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in advisory consulting, project development, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, energetic, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation, record-keeping, and work paper organization abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
