Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate/Consultant to join our team and work on solving complex business challenges across the power distribution sector, spanning strategy through execution. The role requires strong expertise in Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), Head-End System (HES) integration, solution architecture design, and project delivery management.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in business development initiatives and build strong client relationships to support impactful consulting engagements in the power distribution domain.
• Provide advisory and consulting support to clients, helping them address operational and technology challenges in the sector.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and alignment with client expectations.
• Design solution architecture for AMI and HES integration programs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Oversee HES implementation activities, including process design, High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD) development.
• Apply AMI integration expertise to develop tailored solutions based on client-specific requirements.
• Delegate tasks effectively to team members while providing mentorship, coaching, and performance guidance.
• Use structured thinking and analytical approaches to break down complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Leverage industry tools and analytics platforms to derive insights and track evolving sector trends.

Sectoral Skills

• Strong experience in the power distribution sector.
• Proven track record of managing at least two AMI/HES integration projects in utility environments.
• Hands-on expertise in HES implementation supervision, solution design, and enterprise architecture.

Mandatory Skill Sets

• Consulting experience in power distribution with exposure to AMI, HES, and MDM integration projects.
• Strong capability in designing solution architecture with deep understanding of AMI integration frameworks.

Experience Required

Education Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) – Electrical / Electronics or equivalent.
