Energy & Sustainability Analyst Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Demonstrate a genuine interest in energy and sustainability-related work.

• Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, or another related discipline.
• Bring experience in handling energy, waste, and water-related data.
• Possess proven capability in energy validation.
• Have exposure to programming languages such as R, Python, or similar tools, which would be considered an added advantage.
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools will be beneficial.
• Have experience managing data collection across large and diverse portfolios.
• Be comfortable engaging with stakeholders to gather required information.
• Knowledge of carbon footprint reporting will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrate strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Be able to negotiate effectively to collect required data within tight deadlines.
• Show excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Possess strong analytical ability, close attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Remain adaptable, client-focused, and effective in fast-changing and demanding work environments.
• Be capable of working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing competing priorities.
• Display a responsible, dependable, and mature professional attitude.

What You’ll Need

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and practical experience may also be considered.
• Understanding of established procedures and standards, with the ability to apply them in solving moderately complex problems.
• Ability to evaluate possible solutions using technical knowledge, sound judgment, and relevant precedent.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational ability combined with a curious and analytical mindset.
• Advanced mathematical skills, including the ability to work with percentages, fractions, and other complex financial or numerical calculations.
