CSR Manager , INOPs Community Engagement Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Employee volunteering programs: Ideate, develop, deliver, and continuously improve Amazon India employee volunteering initiatives aligned with current strategic philanthropic priorities.
• Internal stakeholder relationships: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with key internal teams, including country leadership, HR, DEI, internal communications, PR, public policy, and legal.
• Participation enablement: Identify and address internal policy or operational barriers that may limit long-term employee participation in social impact initiatives.
• Champion model and governance: Develop an employee champion operating model and governance framework to support high-impact donation campaigns and volunteering opportunities.
• Capacity building: Create mechanisms to scale employee-driven impact, including managing outsourced service providers and developing apprentices or interns.
• Subject-matter expertise: Establish yourself as a trusted expert who advises and influences managers within AITC and partner teams on employee-led community engagement initiatives.
• Innovation in engagement: Partner with other teams to pilot new ways of engaging employees in solving complex social issues using Amazon’s capabilities, resources, and scale.
• Impact measurement: Track and measure the progress of Amazon India’s employee volunteering efforts and use insights to strengthen future programs.
• Feedback and improvement: Build feedback loops to continuously improve key campaigns, initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Program communication: Design and execute creative, inspiring, and clear communication plans to increase awareness, motivation, and participation across programs.

About the Team

• Community engagement focus: The INOps CE team leads Amazon’s India Operations community engagement initiatives, mainly focused on communities located around Amazon’s operations network.
• Flagship programs: Key programs include Gram Mitr, Pragati Mitr, and Disaster Relief.
• Growing citizenship agenda: With Amazon’s leadership principles, “Strive to be Earth’s Best Employer” and “Success and Scale Bring Broad Responsibility,” the focus on community engagement and corporate citizenship is growing strongly, both internally and externally.

Basic Qualifications

• Program management experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Process improvement: 4+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Cross-functional experience: 4+ years of experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
• Data tools: Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs, along with SQL.
• Program requirements: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• End-to-end delivery: 3+ years of experience driving full-cycle program delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Process improvement leadership: 3+ years of experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• Stakeholder management: Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Strategy and execution: 5+ years of experience developing program strategies and plans, driving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders.
