Moreover, the greenhouse effect causes the Earth’s temperature to rise quickly, which in turn causes extreme storms, rising sea levels, and other climatic issues. We can combat global warming and lessen our carbon impact if we solve this issue.

What is a Greenhouse Effect?

The greenhouse effect is the mechanism responsible for Earth’s higher temperature than it otherwise would be. The heat-radiating gases, sometimes called greenhouse gases, take in the Earth’s energy radiating into space and reflect some of it to the planet. Almost 26% of Earth’s power from the Sun is reflected into space by the atmosphere and clouds. Nearly 19% of it is absorbed by the atmosphere.

Also, because compact fluorescent lights use much less energy than regular light bulbs, they can be used instead of the latter to give a more natural-looking light.

    По мнению адептов водородной энергетики она позволит резко сократить наблюдаемое сейчас глобальное потепления за счет снижения выброса углекислого газа, который считается его главной причиной. Однако, очевидно, что эти надежды в принципе не могут оправдаться. Кроме того, отметим, что природный уровень углекислого газа составляет только 0,04% от общей массы атмосферы Земли. Это не самый важный, и тем более, не единственный парниковый газ. Вклад углекислого газа в общую эффективность различных парниковых газов оценивают в 9-26%. Водяной пар, объемы которого составляют до 95% всех парниковых газов планеты, является самым важным (36-72%). При гипотетическом широком внедрении водородного топлива появится огромное количество разнообразных источников водяного пара, что увеличит влажность воздуха и усилит парниковый эффект, а тепло конденсации водяного пара даже несколько подогреет атмосферу.
