What You’ll Be Doing

Participate in complex, multidisciplinary project teams responsible for sustainability planning and evaluation from early concept through to project completion.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously that involve sustainability strategies and certification frameworks such as LEED, Envision, WELL, Estidama, Mostadam, BREEAM, and others.
Develop tailored sustainability strategies aligned with each project’s goals, vision, and performance requirements.
Support and guide project teams through all phases including planning, design development, tendering, and construction supervision to achieve sustainability and environmental objectives.
Prepare technical reports, studies, and documentation required for sustainability certifications and environmental compliance deliverables.
Develop RFPs to appoint appropriate sub-consultants for project-specific sustainability requirements.
Evaluate, manage, and coordinate with sub-consultants, ensuring quality and alignment of their sustainability deliverables.
Review and respond to RFIs and technical queries while coordinating with stakeholders to gather necessary inputs.
Review deliverables from consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in international engineering design, project management, or sustainability consultancy roles.
Professional certifications such as LEED AP, WELL AP, BREEAM AP, Estidama PQP/PCRS, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Strong awareness of current sustainability trends and ability to apply them effectively in project delivery.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team across multiple large-scale projects.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a holistic approach to project challenges.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different disciplines and geographies.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to contribute to team and business development.

Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or a related natural sciences field.
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, designers, and construction teams to achieve sustainability objectives.
Strong understanding of global sustainability consulting practices and experience delivering bespoke sustainability advisory solutions across projects.
