Responsibilities
- Develop, discuss, review, and validate technical solutions with internal teams.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
- Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to established timelines.
- Develop, implement, and maintain technical processes and engineering standards.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, external consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Review and finalize technical reports prepared for consultants and external organizations.
- Stay up to date with current industry practices, technological developments, and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with renewable energy power plants or electrical power transmission and distribution networks.
- Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and continuously evolving work environment.
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally and conduct site visits, including overnight stays when required.
- Strong technical curiosity, creativity, and interest in innovation and emerging industry best practices.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
