About the Role
The Power Electronics Product Manager is responsible for shaping the product strategy, development roadmap, and lifecycle management of advanced power electronics solutions, including AC-DC converters, DC-DC converters, inverters, EV chargers, Power Conversion Systems (PCS), and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This role combines strong technical expertise with market intelligence and cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative products that meet evolving customer and industry requirements.
The position requires close collaboration with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, sales, and business development teams to drive successful product development, commercialization, and continuous product enhancement. Experience with PV inverters, PCS, EV charging infrastructure, EV powertrain systems, railway electrification, electrolyzers, and related power electronics applications is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for power electronics products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
- Identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation opportunities across power electronics, renewable energy, electric mobility, and energy storage sectors.
- Conduct market sizing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and application assessments to identify growth opportunities and strengthen product positioning.
- Gather customer insights and prioritize product requirements by balancing market demand, technical feasibility, cost targets, commercial viability, and return on investment (ROI).
