Responsibilities

Process review: Support the review of processes, operational procedures, workflows, and documentation requirements.
Process improvement: Provide input and feedback on the design, refinement, and continuous improvement of internal processes.
Invoice support: Assist the team with invoice billing activities, including exposure to invoicing systems, account activity, and reconciliation processes.
Training material development: Create relevant training materials, presentations, and support documents for program participants.
Training delivery: Conduct training sessions for participants to improve understanding of processes, tools, and program requirements.
Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Educational background: Bachelor’s degree required; a background in environmental or sustainability-related disciplines would be an advantage.
Technical skills: Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Automation knowledge: Knowledge of automation tools or AI-based solutions would be a plus.
Operational experience: 2–3 years of experience in an operational environment, preferably with a focus on customer service and process improvement.
Data skills: Experience with data analysis and data mapping would be an advantage.
Commercial understanding: Good commercial awareness and understanding of business processes.
Market exposure: Exposure to carbon markets, environmental markets, or energy markets would be beneficial.
