Responsibilities:
As part of a dynamic team of problem solvers, the candidate will contribute to addressing complex business challenges, from strategic planning through execution. At this management level, key responsibilities will include:
- Driving business development initiatives
- Managing and strengthening client relationships
- Leading and overseeing project management activities
- Delivering consulting and advisory support
- Taking ownership of P&L responsibilities

Mandatory Skill Sets:
Candidates should have a strong consulting background along with expertise in decarbonization, green hydrogen, carbon capture, low-carbon solutions, energy storage, sustainability, and climate change.
Preferred Skill Sets:
The ideal candidate should also be able to:
- Apply feedback and self-reflection to build self-awareness, strengthen capabilities, and address development needs
- Delegate effectively to create growth opportunities for team members while coaching them toward successful outcomes
- Demonstrate critical thinking and bring structure to ambiguous or unstructured challenges
- Use a wide range of tools and methodologies to generate insights from industry and sector trends
- Review their own work and that of others to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance

Experience Required:
A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience is required.
