Here’s How You Will Make an Impact

Sustainability roadmap execution: Lead the implementation of KFC’s sustainability roadmap in alignment with Yum!’s broader enterprise goals.
ESG advisory: Advise the Global CMO and senior leadership on key ESG priorities, emerging risks, and evolving regulatory requirements.
Targets and governance: Support the development of sustainability targets, KPIs, governance structures, and accountability frameworks.

Environmental initiatives: Drive programs to reduce emissions, energy consumption, waste, water impact, and improve sustainable packaging across restaurants and the supply chain.
Supplier sustainability: Partner with Global Supply Chain teams to assess supplier environmental performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Data and reporting: Oversee sustainability data collection, validation, and reporting in coordination with Yum!.

Responsible sourcing: Work with Supply Chain and Food Innovation teams to advance responsible sourcing, animal welfare, and nutrition transparency.
Market execution: Translate Yum!’s standards and best practices into practical execution guides for markets and franchise partners.

People initiatives: Collaborate with the Yum! Sustainability Center of Excellence and functional leaders to align and implement People pillar programs across KFC.
Purpose-led programs: Support global markets and franchisees in activating community and social impact programs that align with enterprise strategy and measurement standards.

Sustainability scorecards: Define and manage performance scorecards across the People, Food, and Planet pillars.
Program improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and recommend improvements.
Sustainability messaging: Partner with Communications teams to create internal and external sustainability messaging, leadership updates, and executive materials.

What You Bring to the Table

Relevant experience: 8–12+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG, or CSR within a global organization.
Strategy implementation: Proven ability to execute sustainability strategies across complex, matrixed business environments.
Data and reporting: Strong experience in sustainability data tracking, KPI development, performance measurement, and reporting.
Environmental expertise: Deep understanding of environmental sustainability and supply chain sustainability topics.
Executive influence: Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
