BIM Engineer – Waste Advisory Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop Civil 3D models, including grading with feature lines, corridors, alignments, assemblies, and related design tools.
• Create and coordinate Revit 3D models for waste storage rooms, waste handling areas, and related facilities.
• Manage BIM coordination activities for waste advisory projects in line with project and company standards.
• Work closely with design and planning teams to ensure accurate model development and coordination.
• Prepare and maintain BIM documentation, including BIM execution plans, project models, and federated coordination files.
• Conduct regular quality checks on BIM deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar BIM-focused role, preferably within the waste management sector.
• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Bentley MicroStation, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong understanding of waste management practices, regulations, and sustainability principles.
• Good knowledge of BIM workflows, methodologies, standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
