Responsibilities
- Ensure health and safety remains the top priority by following all company policies, procedures, and safe work practices at all times.
- Identify, develop, and maintain a strong supply chain network that includes internal processing operations and external partners to deliver sustainable waste solutions for customer needs.
- Act as an internal support contact for Proposals, Sales, and Business Development teams on sustainable waste solutions, including waste routing, acceptance requirements, service capabilities, and pricing guidance.
- Stay updated on emerging processing technologies, regulatory developments, and market trends to support new operational strategies.
- Support the onboarding of new third-party partners and help guide internal investments in expanded processing capabilities.
- Build and maintain analytical tools, databases, and playbooks to support business development, internal training, and education on sustainable waste solutions.
- Assist with additional responsibilities related to the Outbound Disposal Team as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of industry or regulatory experience required.
- Strong understanding of RCRA and DOT regulations/laws required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Travel required as part of the role.
