About the Role
As a Senior Consultant in climate-optimized buildings, you will work within a unique knowledge hub alongside some of the industry’s most ambitious clients. The team works across areas such as climate roadmaps, GHG calculations, strategy development, climate coordination, climate budget projects, qualified advisory services in construction projects, and climate calculations. The group also drives development within the climate field in close collaboration with clients, helping turn goals into concrete solutions.
You will work on developing client relationships and new business opportunities by acting as the client’s trusted advisor and “right hand” during early project stages. You will collaborate closely with coordination bodies and consultant groups, such as architects and designers, to help ensure the development of sustainable buildings or districts.
In this role, you will have a responsible and growth-oriented position with a high degree of freedom to develop within the field. You will have the opportunity to quickly gain direct client contact and build insight into future market needs. Together with your colleagues, you will develop new services, as it is important for us to stay one step ahead in the market. The transition toward a more sustainable world needs to happen quickly, and we play an important role in that journey. Qualifications
You have at least 10 years of experience working with sustainability within real estate or construction, with specialist expertise in the climate field. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Experience in conducting climate calculations using major climate calculation software for buildings, such as One Click LCA, Plant, or the Swedish Construction Sector’s Environmental Calculation Tool, is considered an advantage. Practical experience with environmental certifications is also beneficial.
