Within our Renewables consultancy practice, we work with a wide range of clients in the Middle East and internationally, including private developers, investment banks, utilities, power producers, and technology research institutions. Our work covers advisory services, project management, and owner’s engineering throughout all stages of a project lifecycle.

Our expertise includes solar PV, onshore and offshore wind, green hydrogen, energy storage, grid infrastructure, and industrial decarbonization, all of which are vital to supporting the energy transition across the UAE and wider GCC region.

Typical Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of renewable energy, energy storage, and hybrid energy projects for different stakeholders
• Work alongside multidisciplinary teams on technical due diligence and engineering-related assignments
• Participate in client meetings and carry out site visits across the Middle East
• Prepare and deliver high-quality reports within agreed timelines
• Assist in the development of proposals to help win new project opportunities

Expected

• Currently pursuing or already completed an MSc in Renewable Energy or a related discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrochemistry, or a related field
• Previous internship or voluntary experience in renewable energy is desirable
• Strong English communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• A flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to project work
• Legal right to work in the UAE, although visa sponsorship may be available for international candidates

Desirable

• Experience in technical due diligence or renewable energy project development
• Understanding of the commercial side of renewable energy projects
• Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation practices
• Ability to speak Arabic or another regional language
• UAE driving licence, or willingness to obtain one
