Advisor – Safety, Health & Environment Full Time

Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of SHE experience, preferably with strong exposure to project supervision.
• Professional certification such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of UAE and international SHE regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating SHE practices across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, and environmental impact assessment.
• Proficiency in SHE management systems and relevant software tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to guide and influence project teams.
• Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, and preparing corrective action plans.
• Familiarity with environmental management systems and occupational health standards.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural project environments.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
