Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Financial Modelling<\/strong> – Conduct financial modelling and projections as directed by Investment Management and Development teams. Coach and mentor Analysts on financial modelling<\/p>\n Analyse <\/strong>\u2013 Analyse company financial statements, company accounts and sector data. Remain abreast of relevant economic and political events impacting on and influencing the Renewable Energy sector. Interpret data from different sources and understand the impact this will have for investment decision making. Provide analysis for due diligence processes. Post investment monitoring of assets<\/p>\n Transactions <\/strong>– Provide support to VP \/ SVP\u2019s and Project Finance by running parts of the transactions as directed. Support transaction timeline, due diligence and data collection and analysis efforts. Research and respond to client \/ investor inquiries as directed. Participate and manage internal and external meetings with junior and mid-level stakeholders. Interpret and develop basic legal documentation and commercial contracts. Take lead on certain transactions<\/p>\n Presentation & Report<\/strong> – Develop high quality power point slides & reports for fund-raising, investor, board, shareholder and corporate presentations<\/p>\n Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n Alcazar Energy has a flat organisational structure \u2013 associates work with a shared pool of resources for investment management, project origination and project finance.<\/p>\n Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Economics<\/p>\n \u00b7 3 to 4 years\u2019 experience post-qualification in relevant field<\/p>\n \u00b7 Previous experience in Investment Management, Private Equity, Power & Infrastructure fields is desirable<\/p>\n \u00b7 Thorough understanding of Renewable Energy market, technologies, players and key industry drivers<\/p>\n \u00b7 Solid understanding of commercial and funding structures and asset management<\/p>\n \u00b7 Advanced Financial modelling proficiency<\/p>\n \u00b7 Understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements<\/p>\n \u00b7 Team Player<\/p>\n \u00b7 Accuracy & attention to detail<\/p>\n \u00b7 Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills<\/p>\n \u00b7 Exhibits a professional demeanour with a constructive and committed attitude<\/p>\n \u00b7 Strong analytical skills and sound judgement<\/p>\n \u00b7 Good time management skills, flexibility and ability to adapt to multiple roles\/tasks as needed<\/p>\n \u00b7 Ability to develop high quality & easy to digest conceptual diagrams, charts and graphs<\/p>\n \u00b7 Mastery of MS Office tools<\/p>\n \u00b7 Quality focused with a strive for excellence<\/p>\n \u00b7 Proactivity in seeking and receiving feedback<\/p>\n \u00b7 Problem solving skills and logical approach<\/p>\n \u00b7 Fluent in written and spoken English<\/p>\n \u00b7 Negotiation skills<\/p>\n We appreciate your time in considering a career with Alcazar Energy.
