Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Environmental Management<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Manage environmental risk assessments for solar energy projects.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, ISO 14001, and relevant industry standards.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor and reduce environmental impacts related to energy use, emissions, waste, and operations.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain environmental management systems to improve project sustainability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Sustainability Initiatives<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Create and implement sustainability strategies aligned with long-term business goals.<\/li>\n
    • Identify opportunities for resource efficiency and sustainable design during planning, procurement, and construction.<\/li>\n
    • Promote circular economy practices such as recycling, material reuse, and waste reduction.<\/li>\n
    • Work with engineering teams to integrate renewable and sustainable technologies into project design and execution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Regulatory Compliance & Reporting<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international environmental requirements for solar projects.<\/li>\n
      • Manage environmental permits, approvals, documentation, and statutory filings.<\/li>\n
      • Prepare regular environmental performance and sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Stakeholder Engagement<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Coordinate with regulators, government agencies, environmental organisations, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n
        • Educate internal teams on sustainability objectives, environmental practices, and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n
        • Collaborate with project teams to embed environmental considerations into planning and implementation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Data Management & Analysis<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
            \n
          • Collect, analyse, and report data on energy consumption, waste, emissions, and resource use.<\/li>\n
          • Track performance against environmental goals and recommend corrective or improvement actions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Training & Awareness<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
              \n
            • Conduct environmental training sessions to build awareness of sustainability practices and company goals.<\/li>\n
            • Keep employees informed about updated environmental regulations, policies, and solar EPC best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Qualifications<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
                \n
              • Full-time bachelor\u2019s degree in any discipline with NEBOSH certification.<\/li>\n
              • Minimum 15 years of experience in environmental management, sustainability, or a related role, preferably in renewable energy or construction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Skills<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and renewable energy\/EPC best practices.<\/li>\n
                • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.<\/li>\n
                • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n
                • Proficiency in environmental software tools, data analysis, and reporting.<\/li>\n
