Role Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted accounts and market segments.<\/li>\n
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term, profitable client relationships.<\/li>\n
  • Use Schneider Electric\u2019s solutions portfolio to design customized offerings aligned with customer needs.<\/li>\n
  • Understand clients\u2019 long-term business priorities and build relationships across senior and wider stakeholder levels.<\/li>\n
  • Advise clients on Schneider Electric\u2019s software, services, SaaS, and product solutions.<\/li>\n
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.<\/li>\n
  • Sell Renewable Energy Advisory Consultancy services and close agreed revenue targets annually.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.<\/li>\n
  • Work with customers to build solutions and business cases, including Schneider\u2019s Resource Advisor\u2122 SaaMS offerings.<\/li>\n
  • Engage with business decision-makers to identify requirements, needs, and market opportunities.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate prospect and opportunity data in Salesforce CRM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications & Skills<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Experience in professional services sales within energy, renewable energy, sustainability, or environmental sectors.<\/li>\n
    • Strong consultative selling experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to understand client requirements quickly and align them with Schneider Electric solutions.<\/li>\n
    • Experience managing complex sales cycles, including cycles lasting up to 6 months.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to generate leads and consistently move prospects through the sales pipeline.<\/li>\n
    • Experience presenting to senior management and decision-makers, including Fortune 500 clients.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
