{"id":8033,"date":"2026-04-22T08:01:04","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T08:01:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sigmaearth.com\/sustainability-jobs\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=8033"},"modified":"2026-04-22T08:01:09","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T08:01:09","slug":"sustainability-climate-client-services-associate","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/sigmaearth.com\/sustainability-jobs\/job\/sustainability-climate-client-services-associate\/","title":{"rendered":"Sustainability &amp; Climate Client Services Associate"},"content":{"rendered":"<section dir=\"auto\"-id=\"request-69e7672c-f638-83a5-8a91-828c9780a4af-13\">\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1hvhn55\">Your Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tmogge\">Serve as the primary point of contact for general client service queries received via phone, email, or online case management platforms.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dg23dg\">Take ownership of client inquiries and issue-resolution processes for designated case types using Salesforce.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1uzbyl0\">Support Client Coverage teams across the EMEA region to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall client experience by promoting best practices.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"oz91v1\">Work closely with Service Delivery, Client Consultants, Sales teams, and Client Service colleagues across EMEA to ensure seamless coordination.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1wmd6ys\">Build a solid understanding of MSCI ESG Research Solutions and their application.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mns4t6\">Develop proficiency in addressing and resolving client questions and issues related to specific MSCI ESG Research case categories.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"asvxom\">Coordinate with other MSCI departments to ensure that all client requests and inquiries are handled effectively and appropriately.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"reif81\">Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including client contact details, communications, emails, and case histories.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jpkpgu\">Collaborate with service delivery teams to continuously improve the client experience.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"158ejjm\">Contribute to projects related to product testing and work with cross-functional teams across different regions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1qmksg9\">Skills and Experience That Will Support Success<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li data-section-id=\"1r8nvpi\">Preferably 3 to 5 years of experience in a client service role.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"mbropb\">Bachelor\u2019s degree is required; an MBA or Master\u2019s degree will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fz6a7m\">Strong interest in sustainability and climate-related topics, particularly their influence on investment decision-making.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1jdjn3x\">High attention to detail, along with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in line with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"sk8g4s\">Sensitivity to diverse cultural norms and communication styles.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"e9bcfo\">Prior familiarity with MSCI products and previous experience in a client-facing role will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for general client service queries received via phone, email, or online case management platforms.
